This first set of 6 verses illustrates a possibly good match and connection between select verses. It gives a great look at some of the main elements that are about to be covered. By joining the matching phrases and words a storyline forms: Nostradamus seems to speak about a strong woman who makes great efforts against a northern state - note usage of capital letter N in both cases. It turns out this country, the North that also appears as 'Aquilon' (literally the North) in his writings is the home of the 3rd and final Antichrist titled by Nostradamus as described in his epistle to King Henry! More on this in the following.
The efforts by the woman seem to peak around (before-during-after) Easter time in a year since 'Florida' means 'flowering Easter' or spring and 'contemplation' suggests prayer period and during this time Mars is at an opposition (closest to Earth) with Saturn also at play and its position close to Aquarius - coincidently all true during April in 2014. And during these days right now prominent and warrior-natured Ukranian politician Yulia Tymoshenko calls for global help to, as she said:
"... make the entire world raise up, so that there wouldn't be even a scorched field left in Russia." (=the North?)
... something that truly 'vexed' Europe and the world (universe) as written. The reference for neighbouring Hungary (and its great city Budapest) is the next connecting line but such a 'calamity' has not happened there - yet. Its great plain might suggest a 'war field' between 2 superpowers there as indicated by the lines. Castor and Pullux in the ship/arena reinforce this thought and the choice of the names might also refer to Gemini or June as the timing.
These two lead us to the next verse that introduces the death of a prominent one while an astronomical event is due to happen - a comet or, as it will turn out later on, an asteroid appears. The following lines introduce calamities around Italy with places 'forbidden' and destruction, flooding and swelling of Italian Rivers possibly as a consequence of the celestial event. But this is just the beginning...

The 3 new verses at the end seem to provide additional clues to a preparation of Northern - Russian? - powers and the woman is once more mentioned as 'sister' (raising great crowds) indicating this person is close to their area, from the same blood which is true in the case of Ukraine's Tymoshenko. Note the griffin, close to the Eagle emblem of Russia and the 'red' forces along the 'white' ones. Russia is identified with the color red and its ally Belarus literally means 'white Rus'. Ambellon might point to Apollyon or Abeddon, literally 'destroyer'. Ukraine's strong woman was also known as the 'gas princess' due to involvement in the country's large coal industry and her gas business with Russia.
Bible also mentions the king of (remote) North in the battle of Gog and Magog just prior to the Tribulation events. There he is titled as 'Rosch', an unidentified word that might be the stem of 'Rus' as in Russia.
The work of Nostradamus is literally full of verses dedicated to the heavenly stone, possibly an unforeseen asteroid that (in parts or as a whole) causes widespread destruction in Southern Europe not far in time from the aforementioned events. Read the following quatrains:
The great mountain, seven stadia round (=1.3 km),
after peace, war, famine, flooding.
It will spread far, drowning great countries,
even antiquities and their mighty foundations.

From Monaco to near Sicily
The entire coast will remain desolated:

At the place where HIERON has his ship built (Sicily),
there will be such a great sudden flood,

Nostradamus describes an asteroid 1.3 km in diameter that hits (possibly after disintegration into smaller pieces) in the Mediterranean, in the Tyrrhenian Sea where it causes major destruction along Italy's western coast, Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, Malta and France's Cote d'Azur including cities like Rome, Naples, Marseilles, Genoa, Monaco and many cities in Italy and South France plus Tunisia (Susa/Suisse). An impact that also causes flooding and swelling of major rivers in the area and as a consequence widespread rioting and mass evacuations - all of this during a time when there is an invasion from the East, possibly by allied Russian-Muslim forces.
The references to swelling rivers by the impact is cleverly explained by the sudden regional rise in temperatures - note the reference to Lake Geneva and Rhone, it suggests the obvious: many glaciers in the Swiss Alps that undergo rapid melting and cause giant torrents towards the area of not only Rhone but river Po as well. The same for Ebro that has many tributaries coming from the direction of the glaciers of the Pyrenees.
The following quatrains provide the timing of the appearance of this asteroid along other clues to its consequences and effects. In the first 2 verses note the importance of Mars and Saturn, being equal fiery and around Easter as discussed at the first part on this page, something that is valid right now as of April 2014:

It is indicated 4 times that the 'fire from the sky' first starts to emerge around JUNE (in an x year, this year?). Cancer, Gemini (Castor-Pollux) and the term 'from the sixth' all point to early Summer. In a season that is already associated with warmth, the effects of the impact would make air feel even hotter reasulting in great dryness and boiled lakes, heatwaves.
It continues, notice the association of impact with 'war' (World War III?) as seen elsewhere:

The events also include a confrontation between 3 brothers/princes who lead the world into trouble around the time. These might be 3 superpowers or the 3 legendary nations of Eastern Europe: either that of Russia or Kiev in Ukraine (!) Do a quick google search 'legendary 3 brothers' and the first results will indeed include these nations.
The quatrains also include a great leader falling just prior to the destruction assoicated with the stone and war. It details one code named 'Mabus' or monarch/king, one assassinated - possibly an act that plays a key role in a coming uprising or the war itself. It is also indicated that the one who kills this person will be murdered too ('proud one' kills a nephew but the same 'proud one' stabbed in another quatrain) - based on the word 'Adria' this double assassination happens in the Balkans or Eastern Europe which might have to do with Russia/Ukraine. Is it the trigger to a war? Interestingly prophet Alois Irlmaier prophecised the same thing. (google him)
Note the extra reference to Looe Island, Looe in South England has experienced the worst flooding this year.
And to continue with the details:
New, impetuous and sudden rain

The Above quatrains all describe celestial stone falling like a rain reminiscent of Bible's exact same lines in the Tribulation events, when rich and poor will all run to the forests and hide themselves in caves. It once again highlights the area of Italy as worst-affected and it paints a terrible image of a landscape where no plant would grow for many years. Is this and the child reference have to do with an unknown contamination either by the asteroid or war?
But there is more, in the following the first quatrain, for example, describes the same loss of wheat to satisfy people... and more:
Season of winter, good spring, sound, bad summer,
Pernicious autumn, dry, wheat rare:
Of wine enough, bad eyes, deeds, molested,
War, mutiny, seditious waste.

The first quatrain on the above list mentions a strange 'sound' just before summer which is described as 'bad' along the terrible autumn. This early summer sound coincides with the other mentions of a June appearance of the celestial stone ('from the sixth').
Here we witness some very important descriptions by Nostradamus: he seems to liken the asteroid to a beast/monster/spy that was hiding but will be allowed afterwards and that 'none will have foreseen it' - a strong reference to a hiding rock in space that won't be observed up until it is too late, something that hints at its asteroid nature. The word comet, he sometimes uses, in fact, means a 'hairy star' (coma=hair), and an asteroid could take the same appearance once closer to the atmosphere.
Additionally 2 of the quatrains mention its arrival in context of an earthquake (possibly as a consequence) and that it would impact after being visible for a week. Note the reference to a leader, possibly the Pope changing country durings these events.
Through fire from the sky the city almost burned:

Sardinia vexed by the Punic (North African) foist,
After Libra will leave her Phaethon.

From the sea the enemies soon reach the walls.
In the Conca by the Adriatic Sea
There will appear a horrible fish,
With face human and its end aquatic,
Which will be taken without the hook.
These lines describe a frightful mass migration or invasion by fleets from North Africa, towards the land of Italy, France and Greece. While there was a constant migration from North African countries to the southern French and Italian coasts in the last centuries things changed when around 2011-2012 the Arab Spring started and left those realms devastated. Mass migrations have begun to take place and in 2013 Italy witnessed an incredible number or African immigrants who sailed by simple boats to reach the Latin country.
In early 2014 - this year - Italy has been warned to prepare for a Biblical exodus of around 600.000+ people ready to sail from North Africa to the Italian coasts in the summer, mainly from Libya. The situation is escalating and there is a great debate going on what to do. Does this ongoing event have to do with the lines described by Nostradamus? - note the connection to the celestial fire in the first verse, and the flood references (troubled by water, great wave) elsewhere. Does it point to a post-impact period when the Italian islands and coast to Sicily is pillaged and robbed by lawless migrants? There is a possibility. Look up the latest news on it.
Note also the 3 last quatrains - Nostradamus appears to have foreseen a submarine catastrophe near Italy in the Adriatic Sea! He described a smooth metal ship like a 'fish' and that people are seen in it ('face human - end aquatic'). This is all linked to a sudden war.
The 'storyline' continues with descriptions of the impacting stone:
A long comet to wrong the Governor,
Hunger, burning fever, fire and reek of blood:
To all estates Jovial Ones in great honour,
Sedition by the Shaven ones, ignited.
The year that Saturn and Mars are equal fiery,

For forty years the rainbow will not be seen.
For forty years it will be seen every day.
The dry earth will grow more parched,
and there will be great floods when it is seen.

The verses here essentially describe the aforementioned heat, dryness and hotness associated with the post-impact times. Notice the word 'it' in the line 'and there will be great floods when it is seen'. It is a strong hint at the asteroid being the 'it'. The rainbow lines possibly indicate various natural phenomena due to the changes in weather patterns after impact.
The Shaven Ones in the first verse are a recurring theme in the Nostradamus verses and possibly tied to the 'last time' events. They probably denote soldiers.
The 48th climacteric degree is the region of France and the mid longitudes of Europe including Austria, Hungary, Ukraine and S. Russia.
The last set of quatrains below is the ultimate collection of verses that refer to our age and the warning that things might escalate after a relatively peaceful period in Europe:
Pestilences extinguished, the world becomes smaller,
for a long time the lands will be inhabited peacefully.
People will travel safely through the sky (over) land and seas:
then wars will start up again.
After great trouble for humanity, a greater one is prepared
The Great Mover renews the ages (2000?) :
Rain, blood, milk, famine, steel and plague,
In the heavens fire seen, a long spark running.
The sextile year rains, wheat to abound, hatreds,
Joy to men, Princes, King divorced:
Herd to perish, human mutations,
People oppressed and poison under the surface.
The walls will be converted from brick to marble,
Seven and fifty pacific years:
Joy to mortals, the aqueduct renewed,
Health, abundance of fruits, joy and mellifluous times.
The quatrains above describe an uncanny image of our age when people safely travel through the sky by planes, there is an abundance in supermarkets, available healthcare with greater human ages, joy to mankind through many goods, the world becomes smaller through internet and telecommunications, ancients buildings renovated and the excess use of shiny marble as in office buildings... but Nostradamus warns this is just for few decades (possibly after the World Wars I-II). He even mentions the number of peaceful years and since he is of Europe he appears to describe the creation of the European Community or EU in the 1950's and the Treaty of Rome in 1957 that founded the peaceful atomic community.
Add the described 57 pacific years to either 1950 or 1957 and the result is somewhere between 2007 and 2014. 2007 has already witnessed the global economic meltdown from which the world has not recovered and 2014 might be the beginning of the 'last time' events. Coincidently 1957 marked the first successful Boeing 707 route too, ushering in the Jet Age (people travelling safely in the sky as told by Nostradamus) and 1957 was the year when the first supermarkets opened in Italy and France (abundance of food) so it all makes sense to add the 57 to 1957, indeed. Finally, note the 'long spark running'... the asteroid reference again.
And there's more:
For five hundred years more one will keep count of him
Who was the ornament of his time:
Then suddenly great light will he give,
He who for this century will render them very satisfied.
Being one of the most interesting verses, here Nostradamus seems to describe himself. He lived in the 1500's so an additional 500 years would peak after 2000!
And the mysterious 1999 quatrain?
The year 1999, seventh month,
From the sky will come a great King of Terror:
To bring back to life the great King of the Mongols (Angolmois),
Before and after Mars to reign by good luck.
Many people cited this verse did not come to pass but maybe the interpretation was slightly tricky here. The King of Terror might very well be the same king of Europe and king of Aquilon/North, the 3rd Antichrist described by Nostradamus in his epistle to King Henry.
The place he comes from appears to be identified with the Mongols, Siberia or the East. There is only one prominent leader in charge today who continuously has been a 'king' since 1999 and he rules Siberia. Vladimir Putin. Just as hinted at previously Russia might be the focal point of the prophetic events that could lead up to the 'end times' and the Second Coming.
In this context the included Mars might point to 'war'.
Finally:
The year of the great seventh number accomplished,
It will appear at the time of the games of slaughter:
Not far from the great millennial age (2000?),
When the buried will go out from their tombs.
The above quatrain is one that, again, seems to cite a terrible event close to 2000. Close to a year when something great 7 is done or adds up to 7. Wayne Herschel also suggested it was the 7 billion people that was reached around 2012. Interestingly 2014 adds up to 7 (2+0+1+4).
The words 'buried' and 'tombs' suggest a cemetery and since no rational person would 'explode' a cemetery there is a chance this means a flood that washes the bodies to other places. A flood that might be associated with the celestial stone.
This page was dedicated to explore the quatrains by French seer Nostradamus. It is a mere hypothetical sequence of events with the most plausible explanations offered by me.
A new method was used to try to connect the verses (quatrains) scattered throughout the chapters (centuries) - I carefully selected certain phrases and words that showed up in a similar or exactly matching way in the verses to try to couple them and find pairs in order to set up a sequence of events. I omitted those verses that seemed to described old, already fulfilled events and concentrated on some of the best and most precise ones that offered great details.
When reading the verses also concentrate on the colored lines. The same colored parts suggest matching themes and identical patterns. Having this done a quite whole story has emerged and I added some detailed commentaries and interpretations below each set of quatrains.
The frightening outcome 'coincidently' matches those suggested by other seers of old and new times. It speaks of a War and an Asteroid as 'instruments' of end time events (before a Second Coming).
I can't stress it enough though that these events DO NOT have to come to pass, all can be averted. A prophecy is a tool to warn, the most possible outcome based on current flow of events foreseen by one - a set of pictorial messages most likely 'sent' by a supreme creator that oversees things and certain sensitive people are able to capture these 'messages'. It is a probability factor topic. But it is never 100% therefore we can change it anytime - if people were to remove the corrupt elite of Earth and a start a new age with a new kind of economics and way of living.
